Cancellation, member-initiated

Membership is billed annually and renews automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the term you have already paid for, and you keep access for the rest of it.

A member who holds a locked rate keeps that rate at renewal for as long as her membership stays active. A membership that lapses and is taken out again is priced at the rate current on that day.

Cancellation, organisation-initiated

Signed in Addendum No. 1.

If Era Of You ends a membership without a breach by the member, the unused portion of the fee is refunded pro rata.

Event fees

Event fees paid before joining are never credited towards membership afterwards.
